You need to do book the cook if you want a proper meal. Even in First, SQ is not having much on the menu - unwelcome suprise for people taking those flights for the first time.

If a full menu is available, you can eat BTC or the menu or both. They are very easy as BTC is loaded on top of the standard catering.
