Just be aware (as per Thai-Kiwi's link) that the transfer desk at the international terminal only allows bag-drops if you still have more than 60 minutes till your domestic departure. If less than 60 minutes, you'll have to carry your bags across to domestic and re-check there.
And beware, they are strict to the second on this policy. I was once denied accepting baggage 59 minutes before my domestic flight was scheduled to leave and no, I am not exaggerating.
