I just received a survey about possible internet and mobile phone services onboard KLM and Air France flights. There was no option for written comments, it was all multiple choice. I fly mainly long haul Europe to USA and cannot imagine the horror of having to listen to mobile phone conversations from others around me for 8 hours. Flying, even in business, is uncomfortable enough without adding another annoyance.
