How about order 20 more new 737-8MAX or 737-9MAX? It's time to bring more new frequencies from TLV hub.
EL AL has no need for the A380. They had a bunch of orders for 787s (I believe 787-8s, though there might've been some for 787-9s,) but they shockingly and unexpectedly canceled those orders. Your guess is as good as our's why they canceled them. 787s would've been great for LY, and they could've gotten rid of their whole 767 fleet.
Regarding 748, I was (and still am) hoping to see some orders to replace the aging 744s. They could've had brand new planes, larger capacity, more fuel efficient, and could've installed new F and C seats, and new IFE systems. Instead, they're sticking to their guns with 744s, crappy F, crappy C, crappy IFE, no overhauls, a 16 year old 744 that they recently purchased (why, God likely doesn't know,) which doesn't even have F, no IFE in the nose for Y...
I'd love to see 6 or more 748s, a couple more 772s (or maybe 773s to do the EWR route to have a consistent plane, as opposed to switching off between 772 and 744,) ad 787s as their wide-body fleet. All with AVOD, nose-to-tail power, true F, and competitive C.
For the narrow-body fleet, they have a bunch of orders for 737-900ERs, so I can't fault them too much for that. And I must admit that they have the best C product for the narrow-body fleet, not like most European carriers (BA, LH, LX, to name a few) that simply block the middle seat, barely (if ever) have extra legroom, no IFE...
