I have not seen anything either. I did just one trip. Let us know if you hear back from customer service
edit- I just emailed them myself
edit 2 - CSR tells me that I had signed up at United and the flight I flew was Continental - hence they are not honoring it. No miles for me. This blows! I thought United and CO are one and the same. Technicalities - I thought only insurance agents relied on this trick
