Thanks for the responses; pretty much what I expected. The Maui Ocean Club does have a small snack bar/store, and I thought maybe there would be some choice of amenity, but it doesn't matter, I'll still be in Maui and I can buy my own wine and cheese or whatever
Yes, the room is the same size and view type for both parts as far as I can tell, 1 BR, Garden View. Ocean View would be nice I suppose, but I was offered this one on the swap so I took it, and would rather not move so I specifically booked the same size and view for the extra day (not to mention the better view would cost more). Last time I stayed there we looked over a golf course to the mountains, not bad, and we are generally out until after sunset anyway.

Actually, I had forgotten about this, mine is a Marriott, I had booked a AAA rate but this saves me another $40. Thanks again.
