If you can read maps it is not that bad cause it literally pin points (look for "Shuttle busstop") where the shuttle stops.

But then again Shinjuku can be confusing the virgin Tokyo traveller. So many exits, stairs, escalators, etc.

The hotel is actually a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Not a difficult walk if you follow these EXACT directions:

Follow signs to the South Exit. Not the South East or the New South Exit. The South Exit. It will be very well signmarked.

Once you exit through the South take a right onto a major street. You will see the Hyatt pyramid tower in the distance but will lose visual contact as you get closer.

Stay on this street for about 6/10 of a mile. You will get to a corner where there is a highway ramp (impossible to miss). Take a right. After about 75 yards you will be below an overpass. Take the stairs up to the overpass. Follow this street for another 100 yards and the entrance to PH will be on your left.

Make sure you keep your ticket after exiting the train as you will need to feed it to the turnstile.
