It's a "supper" service (with breakfast a couple of hours before arrival) and most business class pax seem to skip the meals and sleep the whole flight. Don't know if BTC really works unless it's a lunch or dinner service. I hardly ever eat on red-eyes either.
I think technically it's an "either supper or breakfast" service. Menu selections are a weird compromise of both. Most people sleep through supper, but some do wake up for breakfast. I think technically you can book the cook whatever you like, and have it for either after take off or before landing, but I've always just got nasi lemak and had it for breakfast
