We're flying business class on SQ231 next week from SIN-SYD. The flight departs at 00:45 in the morning.
Does anybody have any experience of business class catering on this flight - we were considering using the book the cook service, as I have a suspicion the loaded supper choices for a flight departing at this time will be fairly minimal/snack like.
And, if we do book the cook but prefer the menu on board, can we change our mind?
It's a "supper" service (with breakfast a couple of hours before arrival) and most business class pax seem to skip the meals and sleep the whole flight. Don't know if BTC really works unless it's a lunch or dinner service. I hardly ever eat on red-eyes either.
