Hi there, looking for a bit of advice.
We're flying business class on SQ231 next week from SIN-SYD. The flight departs at 00:45 in the morning.
Does anybody have any experience of business class catering on this flight - we were considering using the book the cook service, as I have a suspicion the loaded supper choices for a flight departing at this time will be fairly minimal/snack like.
And, if we do book the cook but prefer the menu on board, can we change our mind?
