If you are refering to the Flagship at ORD. I don't think you can take the shuttle T5-T3. IMHO the food is better in BA J class lounge than what you will find at The Flagship lounge. If you are taking about LHR, then no, you will not be able to take the shuttle to T3 unless you are departing from there.

Compared to the other Flounges, the Flagship lounge pales in comparison and we don't use it.
