I know that this has been discussed quite a bit, and I do know that the wording makes it difficult to satisfy the rules on separate tickets (something about some formal "referencing" or something like that). I do know that it's not straightforward in any event. I don't have a chance to look up the wording/discussion on the APD thread, but the general consensus there was that it was virtually impossible if not actually so.
