Please also read the fine print.

Employees of DL Connection carriers are not eligible. So, if you fly Compass, Pinnacle, SkyWest, Republic, etc; or, use an airport which is staffed by SkyWest, Regional Elite, DGS, etc . . . they will appreciate the gesture; but, be unable to use the JWD Cert.
