While the discrimination may not specifally be against women pilots, there is more than enough discrimination against women throughout history to be denied. In the USA, white women could not vote until 50 years after black men could. In some current societies, women aren't allowed out in public alone. I don't think it needs to be said. However, it may be a good idea to reinforce that it is normal to sexist men who claim that "a woman could never coach a men's team."
