I have this question - to flyers and DL employees alike - would you prefer a gift card? To a place like starbucks or coldstone?
From what I remember, the points are redeemable for SBUX gift cards - what if i cut the extra step out -especially sinc eI deal with more than four excellent DL employees in a year
I also wonder what PM's are getting in terms of count and value of certs!
I periodically carry $5 Starbucks giftcards to give thanks for great service. I figure even if the person does not drink coffee, water, juice, and food items are other options...and they work at most airport SBUX across the world regardless of the currency used to add value.
