UK citizen so immigration can take some time unfortunately.
Taxis too operate on a flat-rate zone system from EWR. There are no metered rates.
Your fare would be:
Base: 50.00
Tolls: 15.00
*"Peak" Surcharge 5.00
*Credit Card Voucher Fee 5.99
* Indicates "optional" items. Peak times are 6am-9am/4pm-7pm Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm on Saturday and Sunday
At a minimum, a taxi would be 65.00, Maximum 75.99 (Before Tip)
As far as Dial7 vs Carmel vs TelAviv goes. -- We work with them, pretty much in that order of popularity. I would be pretty certain both Dial7 and Carmel would have a vehicle at the airport at all times, so you could just call upon your exiting customs. TelAviv, I do not know.
