I usually get out for less than $15, more if I get dessert. You can keep it under $10 without trying too hard.

By all means, don't wear a tie. People show up in everything from shorts & t-shirts to sports wear. I'll probably do the khaki-polo shirt thing, just to look halfway respectable. Maybe it's best to say, wear what you fly in!
