I'm trying to obtain cancellation details for the Malev booking I cancelled prior to their grounding. I need this information to provide to my bank for a chargeback refund.

Contacting Malev hasn't helped so far.

I am aware of https://eitr.amadeusasia.com and checkmytrip.com however these don't work with cancelled/void etickets.

Is there an online tool for cancelled/void etickets?
