How you paid for your ticket is of no consequence. Meal options in F should be loaded such that there is little chance of you not getting your first choice. Just in case the only thing that matter is status. I assume you have none which would make you last in the pecking order.

A CIV score is nothing you need to worry about. It is a more detailed ranking to see whether you are a high valued Gold or a measly 'just made it Gold' like myself.
