IMHO, nothing beats LHR T3 between 6 am and 9am. Or LHR T4 between 5pm and 7pm. Even the express lane at T4 clocks on at 45min plus.

It all changed when Air Transat move from Mirabel. At least LHR does syphon off, Premium Passenger [Never more than 5 mins] and UK Citizens [Under 15 Mins] And I've never seen Closed desks even in T3 at Peak Times - As I saunter past to Fastrack
