Briggs and Riley or Tumi Backpack

Any suggestions for a large, durable, and reasonably priced Briggs and Riley or Tumi Backpack? My daily load consists of:

1) 15 inch laptop
2) Large 2 inch binder full of paper
3) 2 large water bottles
4) Alot of documents/papers/etc.

I am looking for something checkpoint friendly, extremely comfortable on my back, and massive to hold all my junk

I'm quite interested with the Briggs and Riley Excursion backpack mainly b/c of the BR lifetime warranty, but the interior looks tight, and is it checkpoint friendly? Any other suggestions?
