No suite upgrades alone will not receive access unless using a Platinum extra certificate based on availability.You can also pay up.
There are very few hotels (rare) when club access is granted when confirmed in a suite.
Suite upgrades typically can't be earned by Platinum members and Diamond suite upgrades are not transferrable to my understanding
How are you upgrading if you don't mind sharing?
