Of course I'm painting a broad stroke here. But NYC, like any other major US cities, have seem their upper-middle class flee to nearby suburbs. Not saying there aren't anymore, but in general, North and Mid-Jersey are full of upper-middle class. A typical middle-class won't buy Y+ ticket. Not saying CX Y+ won't sell in JFK, but I can really foresee EWR to be a great Y+ market (and premium cabins as well as New Jersey have many huge corporations in their own rights, and many wall-street big shots live in Jersey.)
