I was on 国民, it was always 70% ! Yes that is right....those were the numbers. They actually made me sign a paper that I would stay no less than 2 weeks, I left after 10 days. Let me see, they put me in a room with 8 other men, woke me up at 5 AM every morning to take my temperature, gave me intravenous twice a day, for the first few days.....not much else!
