The problem with row 2 in any cabin is some blowhard in row 1 will dump their crap under their seat. This is why I recommend 3 most of the time, but only if row 3 isn't the last row in J and not separated by a bulkhead wall... otherwise if separated by a bulkhead wall the last row in J is marginally acceptable.
