Anyway, I second the ORD Hilton gym for $10 with HH status or $19 without. Easily walked to/from UA terminals. Never been too busy. You can also get a room at Hilton at a reduced day rate if you want to get a few hours rest as well as a shower.
$19 sounds like a good option at the Hilton although I was partly interested in the AC day pass since I am traveling through three AC airports the same day (all on UA though) and though it would be something I could make good use of (IF, of course, they accept other airlines BPs).
