Winter in Europe is hard to predict. It was bone-chilling cold yesterday morning in northern Bavaria (like 4 degrees Fahrenheit), within the next few days it is supposed to be back above freezing for several days so there is really no way to tell. The roads are clear here. I wouldn't cancel a trip over it but make sure you've got some backup plans in case your first choices are not available due to the weather.
