Customer Comment Cards

did anyone ever get something out of this? I twice was in a completely full flight with no inflight enterntainment working in CW and didn't complain much but without any other solution the csd offered a customer comment card. I never heard anything thereafter...again not that I was expecting anything nor demanding anything but what's the point? Have any of you ever got something out of it?
