Kayak says that all your options will require 2 stops, so it's not a question of efficiency. Is there a particular airline alliance you'd like to earn miles on? If not, just go with the cheapest fare. You'll have either Delta/Air France (SkyTeam alliance), United/Continental/Lufthansa (Star ALliance), or American Airlines/British Airways (oneWorld ALliance). Any of them is perfectly fine.

Another thought is which airports you'd want to have layovers in. With Skyteam, you can have layovers at JFK or Charles de Gaulle. With Star Alliance, it would likely be Newark, Frankfurt, DC, or Chicago. With oneWorld it would be Madrid or London.

Other than that, all the choices are roughly the same.
