That said, he does have a point - airlines are responding to market pressure in a race to the bottom. See the complaints about infrequent WN fliers elsewhere on this board.

If you want a proper domestic (U.S.) first class experience, you won't really find one unless you pick one a handful of transcons where it's still offered and you happen to get a good cabin crew.
