+1. At some point last year, I accidentally booked an accessible room rather than a regular room without noticing it. Checked in, asked if an upgrade to a room with a sofabed was available... "Well, we have one, but it's not accessible." Took me a minute to figure out what the heck the agent meant. But once I explained that I didn't even want the accessible room, he upgraded me without issue.

I also like the idea (hadn't occurred to me before) of noting in the comments, "Please move me to a regular room if possible."
