I'm not a big red meat eater (usually stick with he fish) but I did try the beef once... never again... it was incredibly chewey and I barely ate 1/3 of it.

sometimes i don't get the J meal decisions by AC... like the john dory... this is an incredibly hard fish to prepare even by seasoned chefs...
