This answer is incorrect. You have 2 public transit options:
1. Take Bus 52 Lawrence West from Lawrence Stn. on the Yonge Line to Lawrence West Station, then change (no transfer required, stay in bus bay area ) to 58A Malton bus to Pearson (fare is $3, allow 1.5 hours):

2. Take Go Transit bus 34 from York Mills Station on Yonge Line, goes direct to Pearson with one stop enroute (Yorkdale). Fare is $5 (after Feb 18) allow 40 minutes:
