When it's the only room left in your room type go ahead and book it. In fact every once in a while I'll get upgraded into an accessible suite. If it makes outbound feel better ou can write in the comments section that you don't need the accessible room and that they can swap you into another room if a handicapped person needs it.
If those rooms were only used by the handicapped many would sit empty for weeks on end. Believe you me this is not something that a hotel wants.
