The sync feature is a nice add-on, but for the average Joe I don't think it's a compelling reason to root the device. Unless there's other features on it that I'm missing...
FireFox (the android version sucks BTW) has a similar sync feature
Really like the Chrome for Android, the only bad thing is the lack of Flash support.
