It's the lack of 'guarantee' that concerns me. As I understand it, the only real assurance I have of being protected in IRROPS is all flights on one PNR. I'm especially concerned if the problem crops up when I'm abroad -no phone, sometimes contract employees - sometimes a problem that could be dealt with here by contacting the elite line becomes something much worse overseas.
