Any recommendations for which car service for EWR?
Consider Dial 7 (www.dial7.com or 212-777-7777)

I refer probably 5 or 6 people to them each week. They usually have a cache of cars at the airport, and after calling, they can usually have a car at curbside available within 5-7 minutes.

Depending on where in Manhattan you are going, their prices can be less than 50.00, which is less than a taxi.

Also, from my expierence, DO NOT prepay for your car service. Should your flight end up being delayed (by hours, or even a day), I have run into issues with car services (not Dial7) being unable to accomidate a passenger for hours, even though they had a confirmed reservation because their flight was late.

As far as customs processing times, figure on 30-60 minutes if you hold a US Passport, 60-120 for non US Passports.
