Larkin - we have booked a room with a view of the harbor. Our air and hotel is set. Will probably start to think about restaurants in a few months (reckon a lot of restaurants won't book more than 30 days in advance - much less 7 months in advance!). Robyn
Robyn- if you know the restaurants you really would like to dine at, I would email the conceirge and let them manage for you the minimum booking window etc. Some of the Michelin places can get booked up far in advance.
