I am about to book a PWMR for about two weeks from Frankfurt. I will be on a very frantic itinerary over the next few weeks and I'm not sure which airport I'll be flying out of, DUS, CGN, FRA, or MUC. What will happen if I book a car one-way from FRA-->MUC but last minute I instead return it to CGN? (I am Platinum in case it matters.)

There should be no problem if change your the return location during your rental. I only would suggest that you contact our Reservations Team, when you know where you will return the car to, so that they can make the changes on the system.
Please be aware that there is a one way fee of 15 Euro applies for one way rentals within Sixt locations in Germany.
