Have got a trip to GRU & EZE on 26th February, having been down to BOG & SCL earlier this year I should have arrived home with 605TP's. LAN points failed to show, have sent all the paperwork off for them adding - 40TP's - was looking forward to having Silver for this trip. I am now told by BAEC it can take up to and often over 28 days for LAN to check the manifest and confirm my presence, not the 14 days I was told last week.

My year reset on 8 Feb, I realise when these post I should hit Silver as the flights were before the cut off, but will they extend the reset date if I effectively lose a few weeks or a month.
