Factoid: Dover evidently suffers from a lack of name recognition. If you type "Dover" into the hotel search page at Hotwire.com, the website will reply that it has never heard of the place!

It's not just the state capital, but the state itself suffers from name recognition.I lived in Delaware for 10 years. And I have often heard "DelaWhere?". Many people are surprised to hear that Delaware is a state. My wife is from Dover, DE. Nice place.
