SPG was my weapon of choice in 2010.

It was my weapon of choice in 2011.

Then they gave me an ambassador and it was just too easy to get bookings done to go anywhere else. I was already married to SPG yet they upped the ante.

Now they drop this bomb on me. This is nuts. HH Diamond card goes in the sock drawer along with all the other hotel cards.

I really wonder what the competitors can do now ? How do you deal with Starwood....

It's gonna be tough. Starwood was/is first (of the majors) to allow real customer reviews on the actual website. Starwood really are "different" in a good way :-::-::-::-::-:
