Not sure if question was directed at me. But I am not questioning at all whether CX should offer it or not. Just wanted to know that if they do offer as a matter of course I wouldn't have bothered booking a hotel myself. Now that I know they don't I have booked a room (guided in my choice of hotel by the experience of members on this thread). So thank you for all of the comments.
