The Milford used to be pretty horribly regarded (a low-end tourist hotel with a good location but tiny, threadbare rooms), but I would assume with the recent renovation that it's improved (it was a significant enough renovation that I think they shut down the whole hotel for a while).
I recall from somewhere, perhaps the AA forum, that flight attendants used to refer to the hotel as the Mildew, for reasons one shudders to imagine.
