Long gone are the days when there were just a few people making use of this service. Recently had my usual stopover at IST and the experience was not great. Shuttlebusses were crammed full both ways, there was no room for sitting and i had really struggle not to puke when the driver accelerated, braked and accelerated again constantly. Hotel was the usual 2-3stars in a shady area. Had to wait 20-30min at starbucks before pick-up. They have to think something else for their business-passengers. This could be my last time to use this service despite it's free.
