I tried to find something directly stating if this was possible, the closest I came was here:
http://www.delta.com/skymiles/about_...ions/index.jsp
Does this mean that the AS metal flight has to be coded with an AS or a DL flight number for any chance of getting Skymiles credit?:
Y, S, B, M, H, Q, L, V, K, G, T, U fare classes apparently earn 100% MQM but "Note: All other classes of service do not accrue mileage. This chart only applies when traveling on Alaska Airlines-coded flights operated by Alaska Airlines or Delta."
Of course that would seem to also say that DL-coded AS flights don't get credit which hasn't been my experience.
