I wouldn't say that necessarily. I'd go for a boat that focuses more on couples / singles than families (with divers or not). It's nice not to have a bunch of kids around on the way to the reef / in the water (not that I dislike kids, but just makes for a very different experience). Your hotel will be able to recommend one that is appropriate.
