Thanks for everyone's help. As a new HH member I ended up calling reservations about using my miles and certificate for a few free nights at the Hilton Waikoloa on the Big Island. I was lucky enough to get an agent by the name of Jennifer that went out of her way to help me. She made my reservation and used my points/certificate to get us a few free days added to our trip. I still hadn't received my certificate that I earned last month but she found the record of it and applied it. Great service from my first call!^
