Hmm, I'm not sure how complete that really is. I know on a cruise I took a couple years ago, we were specifically told that bringing wood back from Brazil was not allowed, and they were being fairly strict about it when returning to the ship after stops. Now, that was a couple years ago, so maybe it's changed again (a year or two before we went it was allowed), and obviously, it's not really relevant to Scottland, except in that maybe those rules aren't complete.
