I think the most I have done is four bookings in a row, but have never had issues, other than the amount of money sitting no the credit card. In one scenario, I actually had the charge occur at the end of the billing cycle, but the credit didn't occur until the following billing cycle.
was it with a DL amex card? And if so, did the miles post to your account before the ticket was canceled?
